Steve
Bohner is CEO and Owner of Premier
Realty Group. His belief is what has brought the
company stable growth and success during its first
45 years will continue to earn it success in the
years to come: core values that reflect dedication
to professional and personal integrity, and an
unwavering commitment to providing superior client
service.
Kevin Waugaman is the Sales Manager and Career Counselor of Premier Realty Group. His respect for and dedication to the Premier professionals are the driving forces behind his strong work ethic. Kevin is passionate about helping the agents grow and succeed.

Steve’s
strengths in business management and
active community involvement set the
distinctive tone of Premier Realty
Group. Steve
has spent virtually his entire life
involved in residential real estate
along The Treasure Coast.
In 1975, Steve graduated from Vanderbilt
University with dual degrees in business;
and worked in the corporate world
prior to his return to the real estate
industry. He brought with him new
talents, tools, and a passion for
helping make the real estate transaction
more pleasant for homebuyers and sellers.
In
1987, Steve purchased his family’s
real estate business in Sewall’s Point
and, under his leadership, Premier
Realty Group has consistently set
new annual records for residential
sales achievement.
Steve
serves as a Board of Director for
several area corporations and is actively
involved in the community. He is a
past president of St. Michael’s Independent
School, and past president of the
REALTOR® Association of Martin County.
Over the years, Steve has held virtually
every office of that Association and
was named REALTOR® of the Year for
his innovations in real estate industry
technology.

Kevin brings a highly successful background in both sales and management to the team.
He joined Premier Realty Group in 2005 after spending seven years with a major financial services firm. His former roles include mortgage origination, asset management, and technology implementation. Kevin then spent two years on the leadership team for their private client division. After deciding not to advance the firm’s northern headquarters, he returned to his hometown of Stuart and made the career change to real estate. After four years of sales success with Premier Realty Group, he joined the management team to contribute to the growth of the agents and the company overall.
Kevin graduated from Elon University in 1998 with a degree in Business Administration, emphasis on finance. He leverages his educational and career backgrounds to devise systems and tools for Premier agents that are client focused, and that take into consideration the home investment process as a portion of the overall wealth management strategy.
