Our Sales Associates
Marilyn & Tim have enjoyed a successful real estate career on the Treasure Coast for many years. Marilyn began her career with Century 21 in 1992, and Tim joined her in 1997 forming “The Griffin Team”, specializing in both residential and commercial real estate.
Tim graduated from Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio majoring in business administration and played baseball as a catcher there for two years. Marilyn graduated from Lafayette College in Easton, PA in the 1st class of coeds, majoring in Psychology & Business. They both made their way to Ft. Lauderdale where they met in 1980 in the hospitality industry. After marrying in 1981, Tim & Marilyn were in search of more of a “Quality of Life” than the hussle-bussle of Ft. Lauderdale and fell in love with Stuart where they moved in 1983 and eventually opened a couple of successful restaurants.
After deciding that they both wanted a more normal lifestyle, and having been in the “people business” all of their life, selling real estate was a natural choice for a new profession. They have never regretted that decision and find nothing more rewarding than bringing Buyers and Seller together in yet another successful transaction. In their years in the real estate business they have closed well over $100,000,000 in Martin, St. Lucie and Palm Beach Counties. Their motto is “No job is too big or too small”. Marilyn & Tim enjoy golfing, boating, fishing and travelling. Their many travels throughout the United States, the Caribbean and the Bahamas and Europe have enabled their success in working with a very diversified clientele.
